Theresa Franklin Obituary, Death – The Beaumont Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of a 14-year-old boy as a result of a fatal collision. According to the Boston Police Department, an unidentified driver was charged with second-degree manslaughter. At 3:35 a.m., the teen was driving a stolen silver Hyundai 2023 when he began a police chase. When the teenager lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a concrete pillar in Beaumont, the chase came to an end. The identity of a teenage victim killed in a collision on Sunday has been revealed.
Theresa Franklin died when she was 13 years old. Officer Carol Riley expressed her heartbreak at the situation. “We want to remind parents to keep an eye on what their adolescent children are doing and where they are going,” says the organization.
On Sunday at 3:35 a.m., the Nederland police department received a call about a stolen silver Hyundai 2023.
The Nederland Police Department’s Chief Gary Porter stated that three vehicles were stolen over the weekend, one of which was the teen’s car. Porter reported that other people’s cars had been broken into or attempted to be broken into.
Porter claims that there is only one path to Beaumont. Police in Beaumont were called about a vehicle break-in at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday and discovered a silver Hyundai driving away. The suspect vehicle was involved in an accident near Major Drive and Interstate 10, according to Beaumont police.
Four of the passengers managed to flee on foot. Police detained two juveniles after a female juvenile was discovered dead inside the residence where they were searching. The officers were in charge of looking for the other two suspects. Riley has confirmed that all of the crash victims have been identified. The driver was charged with manslaughter by the Boston Police Department on Monday afternoon.
A 14-year-old passenger suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening. The police have stated that there were siblings in the vehicle, but have not named them. Riley stated that the collision was avoidable. “It’s a shame (the victim) didn’t live for a longer period of time.” At times, children can be unpredictable and dangerous. It’s a shame she never grew up.
