Between the years 1974 and 1982, Mr. Teh worked as an art instructor at the Dover Campus. 1974 was the first year of his employment there, and he remained there until 1982. During that time, his pupils affectionately referred to him by the name “Chong,” using it as a pet name for him.

After a period of time had passed, he went back to the university and applied for the position of Head of 3D Art, which he eventually obtained and held from the years 1992 until 1998. During that period of time, he was the head of the department. During the entirety of his time spent attending the university, he continued to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
