Stephanie Yarmo Obituary, Death – At the age of 51, Stephanie Yarmo Boresow, a loyal wife, proud mother, adoring sister, and cherished daughter, passed away on November 16, 2022. Bob and Carol Yarmo welcomed Stephanie into the world on December 19, 1970, at the Menorah Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Shawnee Mission South High School was her alma mater, and she was raised in Overland Park. She received a Phi Beta Kappa diploma from the University of Texas in 1993 and then obtained her master’s degree from UMKC. Throughout her life, she was a leader who was constantly active. She was active in the student council, the Sigma Delta Tau sorority, high school reunion organizing, and her kids’ extracurricular activities. Her open-minded, persistent, and curious nature fostered a lot of deep connections that lasted a lifetime.

Bobby Boresow and Stephanie originally grew close as friends when Stephanie was just 14 years old. As their friendship expanded, so did their 25 years of marriage, which were marked by love, fidelity, loyalty, and commitment. Their two lovely kids, Ali and Gracie, who were the absolute loves of her life, were the source of great pride for her. What really mattered to her and gave her courage was their achievement and happiness. Her daughters will carry on her generous, considerate, and loving nature.

All of Stephanie’s friends and family admired her for her kind and compassionate nature. She served as the lynchpin for her buddies. She asked a lot of questions to get to know anybody she was speaking to because she was really interested in them. She seemed to know everyone in Kansas City and showed a genuine interest in others. Throughout her career, she has held significant professional positions in the fields of healthcare, non-profit community service, and most recently, working with senior citizens. Everyone who knew her will cherish her sincere and profound love for them.

Abby Glaser and Eloise Holt, Stephanie’s nieces, predeceased her. Her husband Bobby, daughters Allison and Grace, sister Debbie Roberts (Tim), and parents Robert and Carol Yarmo survive her, in addition to her children. Along with more than 55 nieces and nephews, she is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, and sisters-in-law.
