Robert Vollet Obituary, Death -Robert C. Vollet, who had lived in Hamilton all of his 65 years, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on the morning of Monday, November 14, 2022. He was 65 years old. Robert Vollet was welcomed into the world on June 22, 1957, in the city of Hamilton, Ohio. Jacob Vollet and Mae (Brumley) Vollet were his father and mother, respectively. During his time at the company, Robert held the position of laborer for Local #534, where he worked for more than 30 years.
Robert loved being outside and participating in a wide variety of outdoor pursuits and sports, including fishing, billiards, football, baseball, and coaching sporting events. In addition to that, he was a staunch supporter of motorcycle events that raised money for charitable causes. On November 10, 1978, Robert Nixon and Sandra Lee tied the knot and began their lives together as husband and wife.
Robert is survived by Sandra, the woman he has been married to for the past 44 years; their three children, Aaron Vollet, Angie (Harry) Reiff, and Devin Vollet; their three grandchildren, Chase, Logan, and Morgan; and Robert’s three siblings, Donnie Vollet, Darlene Vollet Mays, and Sue Ann Vollet Wullenweber. In addition, Robert is survived by his three children, Aaron Vollet, Angie (Harry) Reiff, and Devin Vollet In addition, Robert has three great-grandchildren who will miss him. Before Robert Vollet’s passing, his parents, his brother Mike Vollet, and his son Jacob Vollet all passed away.
Robert was the youngest of the children who belonged to the Vollet family. A memorial service will be held on the Monday, November 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home in Hamilton, Ohio. The funeral home is located at 330 Pershing Ave. The service will be led by Pastor Wendell Coning who will serve as the presider. On the day of the funeral, Monday, November 21, 2022, the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home will be open for visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for those who wish to pay their respects.
