Robert Snyder Obituary, Death – On Saturday, November 5, 2022, Robert “Bobby” Snyder, 28 years old at the time of his death, died in his home. Bobby fought cancer valiantly, but not without making an imprint on everyone he met. He graduated with the Class of 2013 from Jackson High School. Bobby has been an active member at Pegasus Farm for the past 25 years, where he is known for his love of hose riding. He was a member of the Stark Sharks, a special Olympic swim squad, for 14 years and the Challenge for 11 years. He also had a good time travelling with Clearview. Bobby enjoyed daring excursions, trying new restaurants, and traveling across the country.
Because of meeting Bobby, everyone he has touched has had their lives changed. He was a human with a particular spirit. He was pleasant and cordial to everyone he met, asking how their day was and wishing them a good day as he left each interaction. He had an uncanny ability to make others happy. He was a wonderful son, grandchild, brother, and friend because he was kind, kind, and kind. Everyone will miss him and his contagious love for everyone of them.
He’s won everyone’s affection. He’s on his way to nirvana on his beloved steam train 1551, with Dolly Parton’s Jolene playing in the background. He is holding a Starbucks cup and listening to music in one hand. David and Susan Snyder, his maternal grandparents, died before he was born. Bobby is survived by his mother, Vicki George; father, John Snyder; brothers, Jacob Snyder and Samuel Snyder; paternal grandparents, Robert George and May Lou Clendenin; close friends Monica Pocci, Joellen Phillips, and Cheryl Wagen; and a large number of additional family and friends.
