He is also survived by his parents, Duncan Thomas Palmer and Susan Marie Palmer (Gengler), as well as his grandparents, Anne “Bubka” Gengler, Ann Palmer, John “Jack” Palmer, and Sue Palmer. A celebration of the departed person’s life will be place at the Granite Bay Country Club on Friday, November 18th, 2022 at 12:30 PM. The event will be conducted in memory of the individual who passed away. A funeral and burial service will be held in the Roseville Cemetery on the 18th of November, 2022. It will take place on Friday (421 Berry St, Roseville, CA 95678).
