Neil Waters Obituary, Death –  November 22, 2022 A resident of El Paso County dialed 911 on the morning of November 12, 2022, at approximately 3:28 in the morning, and the call was routed to the Communications Center of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. The call was received and processed by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. According to the information provided by the caller, a domestic dispute resulted in a shooting, which allegedly took place as a direct consequence of the conflict.

Deputy sheriffs have opened an investigation into a disturbance that was reportedly taking place in the 6100 Block of Pemmican Point in the Hanover neighborhood of unincorporated El Paso County. The disturbance was reportedly taking place in the vicinity of the Hanover neighborhood. When the deputies arrived, they discovered that an adult male had already passed away before they arrived at the scene. A male adult and a female adult who both identified themselves to the officers as being the ones who had made the emergency call to 911 were found to be the parties who had called 911 by the deputies. The parties who had called 911 were found to be a male adult and a female adult.

The investigation was taken over by detectives from the Investigations Division of the Sheriff’s Office once they arrived at the scene and gained control of it. They then continued the investigation under their supervision after taking control of it.

Neil Waters, who was fifty years old at the time of his passing, has been identified as the person who passed away, as determined by the findings of the El Paso County Coroner’s Office, which investigated the incident that led to his death.
