Nathan Ables Obituary, Death – Nathan Russell Ables, age 34, of Seven Mile, passed away at his home on Monday, November 7, 2022. He was a resident of Seven Mile. Nathan was brought into this world by his parents, David Russell Ables and Paula (nee Quillin) Duncan, on the 8th of January in the year 1988. Oxford, Ohio was the location. Nathan was a member of the Talawanda High School class that received their diplomas in the year 2006.
Nathan’s participation in high school athletics, particularly on the football team, was one of the highlights of his high school experience. After receiving his diploma, Nathan started his professional life by taking a job as a machine operator at Square D. He worked there for a number of years before making the transition to Pac Worldwide. Nathan’s favorite sport to watch was football, and his favorite team to watch was the San Francisco 49ers. Nathan did not watch any other sports. It brought him great joy to share his enthusiasm for sports with his son, and just recently, he coached his son in the sports of basketball and soccer. He also enjoyed sharing his enthusiasm for sports with his son.
Nathan is survived by his wife, Teresa Ables; his son, Waylan Ables; his mother and step-father, Paula and Jeffrey Duncan; his father, David Ables; his brother, David Crank; his step-sister, Jessica Duncan; his nieces and nephew, Savannah Crank, Ava Crank, and Ryder Crank; his best friend, Cory Ballinger; as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family members. Nathan Duncan’s older brother, J.D., as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents, Ella and Allen Hueston and Mildred and Melvin Moore, all passed away before Nathan.
A funeral service is scheduled to take place at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Monday, November 14, 2022 at seven o’clock in the evening. The funeral home can be found in Hamilton, Ohio at 330 Pershing Ave. On the evening of Monday, November 14, 2022, beginning at five o’clock in the afternoon and continuing until seven o’clock in the evening, visitors will be able to pay their respects at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Waylan Ables Benefit Fund, which is being managed at Fifth Third Bank by Paula Duncan.
