Mike Inez Obituary, Death – I was left feeling terribly depressed and upset after learning of the death of @MikeInez’s bass tech of 14 years and good friend Scotty Dachroeden, who had passed away as a result of cancer. Scotty Dachroeden had been battling the disease for quite some time. For a good number of years, Scotty had been a friend of mine. Scotty Dachroeden has been dealing with the sickness for a significant amount of time at this point. Scotty Dachroeden’s fight against cancer was ultimately unsuccessful, and he succumbed to the disease and died as a result of the problems that arose as a direct result of the sickness.
When I finally had the opportunity to speak with Scotty after an event, the first thing I asked him was “Where’s Mike?” at that time. I had been waiting for this moment for a long time. Scotty had no idea where Mike was hiding out at the time. That was the one and only other opportunity I’d ever had to do so, and it also turned out to be the very last time I ever did so. a performance by Alice in Chains that took place in front of a genuine audience and was simultaneously streamed live over the internet in real time. During this trying time, I want you to know that Mike, his family, and each and every member of the AIC road family are in my thoughts and prayers.
I also want you to know that I am thinking about and praying for you. In addition to that, I want you to know that I will be thinking about you and praying for you from here on out. Know that I will continue to keep you in both my thoughts and prayers for the foreseeable future, and I assure you of this commitment. I will go about my day remembering each of you in my thoughts and prayers, and I will make it a point to make sure that I continue to keep each of you in my thoughts and in my heart as I go about my day.
