Meritta Blankenship Obituary, Death – Meritta Ann Blankenship, age 72, a resident of Sandyville, passed away on November 10, 2022 at her residence following a brief battle with illness. She was residing there at the time of her death. Sandyville was the place where Meritta Ann Blankenship made her home. Both of her parents, Vernon Schaley and Hester Darrell Payne Robinson, had passed away prior to her birth. She was their daughter. The 10th of October in 1950 found her entering the world in Charleston. She was a doting mother who treasured the time she got to spend taking care of her family because she was a stay-at-home mom. She cherished the time she got to spend taking care of her family.

Her parents, her husband, Thomas Ray Blankenship Sr., her son, Thomas Ray Blankenship Jr., and her granddaughter, Lora Beth Frontz, all passed away before she did. Her mother and father were both among the folks who had passed away before she did. Both of her parents passed away when she was still a small child, leaving her orphaned. Due to the fact that all of her siblings had passed away before she did, she was the only member of her immediate family to have made it through life. Because of this, she was the only member of her family to survive. Her daughter Lisa Frontz and her husband Gary, her granddaughters Krissa and Mickee Frontz, and her great-grandchildren Novaleigh, Liam, and Delilah were the only members of her family to survive her passing. Also surviving were her great-grandchildren Novaleigh, Liam, and Delilah.
