Larry Kent Obituary, Death – At the age of 66, Larry Kent Pyrtle passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on the 11th of November, 2022. His entire life was spent making the community of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, his permanent residence. Mr. Pyrtle came into this world on November 28th, 1955, in the county of Forsyth, North Carolina, in the United States of America. Both of his parents, Thomas Pyrtle and Sadie McKinney Pyrtle, had already passed away before he was even born. They were his parents. He spent a considerable portion of his career working at Kenneth Spainhour Grading, where he was in charge of the site as the foreman of that location.
He would go on his motorcycle and ride for a considerable period of time each and every week. In addition to that, he was an avid supporter of both muscle cars and drag racing.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Darrell Pyrtle. His parents and brother both passed away before him. He had already passed away when they were all still alive. Before he was even born, both of his parents as well as one of his siblings had already passed away. His son, Gregory Pyrtle (Jennifer), his granddaughters, Avery Pyrtle and Kayci Pyrtle, a beloved friend, Debbie Kiger, and a number of nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives and friends are among those who are left to cherish his memory.
He will be sorely missed by everyone. On the evening of Friday, November 18, 2022, the family will be present at the Slate Funeral Home in King, North Carolina 27021, which is situated at 132 E. Dalton Rd., to meet and greet friends and loved ones from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This event will take place on the same day as the funeral service. The location of the funeral home is at 132 East Dalton Road.
