Kent McCullough Obituary, Death – Kent McCullough, 44, of South Whitley, Indiana, died on November 20, 2022, in the Supportive Care Unite at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, from injuries sustained in an accident on October 10, 2022. Kent Young was born on November 22, 1977, in Logansport, Indiana, to Earl McCullough and Shirley (Lawson) Young. Kent moved to Florida at a young age and had a great time there. After graduating from Port St. Joe Junior-Senior High School in 1996, he attended the University of West Florida.

Kent joined the United States Army in 2001 and proudly served his country for the next five years.
Kent worked a few jobs after being honorably discharged from the Army before returning to college to earn a degree as a medical assistant from Ivy Tech and Grace College in Warsaw. He had worked as a Certified Medical Assistant for Lutheran Medical Group for the previous seven years, where he had enjoyed his job, colleagues, and patients. Kent married Holly Snyder on May 28, 2011. Despite their limited time together, the two created memories that will last a lifetime.

Kent was a charming and generous individual who made friends with everyone he met. He adored animals and spent most of his time with his five cats. Above all, he was a devoted father who treasured his time with Skye and Jade. Kent was a Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys fan. He was fascinated by the supernatural and relished the opportunity to visit new and haunted locations.

Earl McCullough of Logansport; Shirley Young of Port St. Joe, Florida; Holly McCullough of South Whitley; Skye and Jade McCullough of North Manchester; brothers Jeff (Janice) McCullough of Terre Haute, Matthew (Sarah) McCullough of Nashville, Tennessee, Richard McCullough of Logansport, and Joseph (Angela) Parker of Ozark, Alabama; sisters Family and friends may pay their respects at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, Indiana, on Friday, November 25, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate at the end of the calling. The funeral will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, Indiana.
