Kenneth Brink Obituary, Death – The devastating news that one of their own had passed away was sent to the Los Angeles Fire Department not too long ago, and as a direct result of this loss, the whole department is in a state of grief at this time. On November 9, Kenneth Brink’s untimely death occurred when he was at his home. This was a tragic turn of events. There has never been and there will never be any attempt made to provide an explanation for the events that took place in the time leading up to his dying.
Brink served with the Los Angeles Fire Department for a total of 15 years, the majority of which were spent at Fire Station 88 in Sherman Oaks. During his time there, he was promoted to the rank of captain. During his time there, he was a member of not one but two separate rescue teams: the Urban Search and Rescue Task Force as well as the LAFD Swiftwater Rescue Team. During his time as an employee at the Los Angeles Fire Department, Brink racked up a combined total of 15 years of service to the department.
