Kathleen Mullins Obituary,  Death – Today, Kathleen Mullins, who had served as President of the Carlow LGFA and had previously served in the past in the post of Chairperson, passed away unexpectedly, and the news has left all of us feeling a great deal of sorrow as a direct result of the loss. Prior to it, Kathleen had been in charge of the meeting as the Chairperson. As a direct consequence of becoming aware of this information, our feelings are currently dominated by an intense sensation of regret. Our deepest sympathies go out to her senior teammates Leah and Ria, as well as to her husband Fran and their two daughters, Donna and Karen.

She was also a part of the scene in Bennekerry. In addition to that, she was active in the women’s football community in Bennekerry. As a member of the Bennekerry Tinryland Ladies Football Club team, she was able to showcase her skills on the field. She spent a considerable amount of time participating in the sport on a regular basis as an athlete. She was held in such high esteem that the locals referred to her as a “pillar” due to the support she provided for the community. Those people who had the good fortune to have known her are going to be profoundly touched by the fact that she is no longer there among them as a direct result of the fact that she is no longer there among them.
