Joseph Bailey Obituary, Death -A collision that occurred head-on in Troy a week ago claimed the life of a man from Dayton, Ohio, according to the findings of an investigation into the incident. According to the findings of the office of the coroner in Miami County, Joseph Bailey, who was 58 years old, passed away as a direct result of the accident. It was reported that the collision took place in the 300 block of South Market Street at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon.
