Jeff Lyons Obituary, Death – We are deeply sorry to inform you that Captain Jeff Lyons has passed away as a result of difficulties stemming from his treatment for cancer. We wanted to let you know that we are deeply sorry about this. It is with our sadness that we must inform you of this development. We are forced to share this information with you, and it is with the utmost sadness that we do so. Since September of 1996, Captain Lyons has provided the people of Asheville with service that goes above and beyond the requirements that are put on him in the line of duty.

The people who live in Asheville have been given access to this service. Before Captain Lyons decided to take early retirement from both the United States Army and the United States Air Force just over a year ago, he had a distinguished career of service to his country in both branches of the United States armed forces. He served his country honorably in both the Army and the Air Force. He served his country with distinction in both the Army and the Air Force of the United States of America. Because he was a true gentleman who made a huge amount of effort in everything he did, Jeff will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and cared about him.

Those who were most intimately connected to him will have a profound sense of loss after his demise. Even when he was on his last shift, you could find him in the gym at 7:00 in the morning, pushing himself physically to the absolute limit of what he could accomplish with a workout using his body. Brother, I ardently pray that you may one day be able to live a life in which you are at peace with yourself and the world. I pray that God would bless you and protect you always.
