Jason Keith Obituary, Death – Unexpectedly, Jason Anthony Keith, who was 42 years old and lived in Punxsutawney, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022. His passing occurred on the 12th. On November 21, 1979, in the city of DuBois, he was born to parents David Allen Keith and Karen Lynn (Miller) Keith. His birthday is November 21. They are the parents of him. Both his mother, Karen Keith, and his mother’s companion, Brian Mohney, made it through the tragedy and continue to live in Punxsutawney today. His mother Bernadette and father David A. Keith are both still living and have maintained their residence in Shelocta up until this day.

In the year 1998, Jason completed his high school studies at Punxsutawney Area High School and graduated with his diploma. He has spent the majority of his twenty-three years at work at Proform Powdered Metals in the job of Molding Foreman. He has been employed there for the past twenty-three years. He was incredibly dedicated to his work and made a significant amount of progress each and every day. At one point in time, he was recognized as a member of the Rossiter Sportsman Club in addition to the Punxsutawney Eagles. Recently, he made his intentions clear to his girlfriend, Kelly Nichole (Blose) Ferrent, by proposing to her.

Jason treasured the time he got to spend with his family and looked forward to going on vacation with them. He recalled those times spent hunting with his grandfather, fishing with his uncles, and watching Nascar with a lot of warmth and affection. He took an incredible amount of care in his gleaming new gray Dodge Ram pickup truck. He never failed to give a friendly grin, was always nice, and was always prepared to lend a helping hand to whoever was in need of aid. There are going to be a lot of folks that miss having him around.

In addition to his parents and Kelly, he is survived by his twin sister, Julie Perry of Punxsutawney; his sister-in-law, Nicole Lomartire of Maryland; special bonus family members Alexis Zanaglio and Aramy Ferrent; nieces and nephews Kayla Hepke and family, Madelyn, Mason, and Maxton Perry; special uncles and aunts and cousins; two step brothers, Waylon and Heath Cunningham; and special bonus family members His maternal grandparents Mary and Felix Schepis, as well as his paternal grandparents Mildred and Gerald Keith, all went away before he did. His brother David Allen Keith, Jr., his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandparents were all named David Allen Keith. He is the only member of his immediate family that is still alive today.

At the Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. in Punxsutawney, there will be a visitation for the relatives and friends of the dead on the evening of Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from three in the afternoon until seven o’clock in the evening.
