Jasmine Bean Obituary, Death – The identity of the two ladies whose bodies were discovered inside a property in Dothan, Alabama on Sunday have been made public by the Dothan Police Department. Both Jasmine Danielle Bean, age 21, and Ja’Lexius Lashon Wells, age 20, were found dead at the scene, as stated in a press statement issued by the Dothan Police Department. Both victims were residents of Dothan. Both of the deceased people did not call the house where they were discovered their home. When the shooting occurred at the home, the Dothan Police Department believes there was a gathering of numerous persons inside the house.

When the police got on the scene, the only people there were the victims. No one else was there. The following is the whole statement issued by the Dothan Police Department: “On the evening of Sunday, November 20, 2022, at about 8:04 p.m., officers from the Dothan Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Fifth Avenue in response to a call of two victims who had been shot. After arriving on the site, the police determined that the information provided was accurate. Dothan Fire and Rescue personnel arrived at the site and determined that both of the female victims had died as a result of their gunshot wounds. Both of the women were just passing through on their way elsewhere.

At the time when this event took place, it is thought that there was a gathering of a number of individuals at this area. When the authorities came, there was no one else in the building except from the victims. Both Jasmine Danielle Bean, age 21, and Ja’Lexius Lashon Wells, age 20, were residents of Dothan, Alabama, and have been identified as the victims of the shooting. At this point in the investigation, we have no access to any additional information because we are still in the preliminary stages. We will make additional information available to you as it becomes available to us.” Both of the dead bodies that were discovered in a home in Dothan on Sunday evening were of females.

At 8:04 p.m. on Sunday evening, the Dothan Police Department was called to the 211 5th Avenue address in reference to a probable assault with a handgun. When the police arrived, they discovered the bodies of two ladies who had died. The authorities do not believe that either of the two women who were shot to death was the person responsible for opening fire. As of right moment, they are investigating the incident as a double homicide. According to Dothan Police Major Will Glover, “We have some information that there was perhaps a get together at this site and there may have been an incident leading from that so for now we do not believe there is a threat to the public.”
