James Campbell Obituary, Death– James Michael “Mike” Campbell, who was 62 years old at the time of his death on November 9, 2022, passed away at the Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. He considered the city of Jacksonville to be his permanent residence. His birthday is June 17th, 1960, and the city of Nelsonville is where he was born. His birth date is June 17th. Mike’s two favorite pastimes were working in his yard and going fishing. Both of these activities gave him a sense of accomplishment.
He is survived by his mother, Dora Mae Malone Campbell, who resides in Jacksonville; his brother, Dave Campbell (and his wife Pam), who also resides in Jacksonville; his sisters, Vickie (Greg) Nott of Albany, Brenda Campbell of Jacksonville, and Connie Everett of Jacksonville; and his sister-in-law, Debbie Mannering, who also resides in Jacksonville.
He is also survived by his nephew, David Campbell, who resides in Jacksonville with his wife Pam. His grandchildren’s names are as follows: Clayton, Colton, Kaleb, Jaedyn, Ensley, Ensley, Jaedyn, Rayleigh, Liam, Noah, and Logan. His great-grandchildren are also included in this set of descendants. Cady Campbell, who he married, is a member of the Campbell family. Tammy Dixon Campbell, who he was married to, and Forrest James Campbell, who was his father, both died before he did. He was the last of his family members to pass away. Before he passed away, both of them had already gone on to the next life.
On November 19, 2022 at 12 p.m., there will be a service held at the graveside in the Maplewood Cemetery in Glouster, and Pastor Rick Seiter will serve as the officiant for the event. There has not yet been a decision made regarding the time or date of the memorial service. In memory of Mike, contributions can be made to the Chix-4-A-Cure organization. The Morrison Funeral Chapel in Glouster-Bishopville has been tasked with the responsibility of seeing to it that all of the necessary preparations are made in accordance with the circumstances.
