Glennis Dees Obituary, Death –  On behalf of our entire group, I would like to offer my most heartfelt sympathies to each and every one of you on the loss of Glennis Dees, who died away on November 14th. Glennis was a longtime member of our organization and was loved by all of us. Glennis was a treasured member of our community, and his absence will be keenly felt by all of us (aged 92). After being one of the first people to join Adoption Jigsaw WA, Glennis eventually rose through the ranks to become the organization’s President and continued to hold that position for a significant amount of time. During her tenure as President, Glennis was able to foster a positive environment for the organization’s growth.

Glennis was one of the first people to sign up for the Adoption Jigsaw WA group, and she has been there nearly since the organization’s inception. Glenis was vehemently dedicated to bringing about a change in the legislation that would grant adoptees (and, in the long term, their biological parents) access to the adoption paperwork that belong to them. She believed that this would be beneficial for everyone involved. Adoptees would be able to track down information about their biological family as a result of this legislative change. She was successful in achieving the goals she set for herself in this attempt. This change to the law, which bears her name, was made possible as a direct result of the efforts that she put forth and was ultimately enacted into law.

She put in a substantial amount of effort in order to try to bring about this change, and in the end, she was successful in her efforts. It is possible to trace back, in a large part, to the efforts that she made during this time period in order to account for the implementation of new legislation and the continuation of Jigsaw as an organization. This is because it is possible to trace back to the efforts that she made during this time period.
