Forest Vinson Obituary, Death – Forest On November 3, 2022, Wayne Vinson, who had 67 years of age at the time of his death and was originally from Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away at the Tri Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. His parents, Tom Vinson and Nell (Petty) Vinson, were natives of Cadiz, Kentucky, and he was born on June 27th, 1955 in the town of Cadiz. He was the son of Tom and Nell.
He had previous experience in the trucking industry from his time as a driver for First Express as well as his time as the owner of Vinson Trucking in Bowling Green, which is located in the state of Kentucky. After receiving his diploma from Trigg County High School in 1973, he went on to study marketing at Murray State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. His area of concentration was sales.
Forest treasured the time he spent with his dog, “Tiny Valentine,” as well as the time he spent playing the video game series Command and Conquer on his computer, tending to his yard, and beginning new projects to improve his home.
Two of his brothers, Nathan Vinson and James Stanley Vinson, had already passed away prior to his passing.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Vinson, who currently resides in Cadiz; his son, Jesse Vinson, who currently resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky; his brother, Dr. Carey T. Vinson (Tracey), who currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his sister-in-law, Robin Vinson, who currently resides in Newport News, Virginia; his nephews, James Thomas Vinson and Robert Stanley Vinson; and his nieces, Cas
The Goodwin Funeral Home, which can be found at 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is the establishment that is in charge of making the necessary arrangements for the funeral. On the Sunday, November 20, 2022, beginning at noon and continuing until the beginning of the service at 1:00 p.m., which will be officiated by Bro. Nick Clark, the family will receive friends. The service will be held in memory of the deceased. Following that, a memorial service will be held at the graveside in the Vinson Cemetery in Cadiz at the appointed time.
