Elinor Jones Obituary, Death – Elinor K. Jones, who was 79 years old at the time of her death on November 16, 2022, passed away at the Gill Odd Fellows Home in Ludlow, Vermont, where she was a resident. She was born on June 4th, 1943 in Walpole, New Hampshire to her late parents, Guy Jones and Edith (Metcalf) Jones. Her parents have since passed away.

Elinor enjoyed a wide range of pursuits, some of which were waltzing, strolling, listening to music, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. She took a lot of pride in making sure that both her house and her yard were in nice shape. She would bring a collection of refrigerator magnets with her on her travels, and she would make sure to get one from each state that she went to.

Both helping other people and having conversations with new people brought her a lot of joy. The subjects of her greatest love and affection were her children, grandchildren, and pets, including her cats and dogs; she valued them more than anything else in the world. After her passing, her children, Kelly Parent, Wendy Ciufo and her husband Tom, Martin Ingalls, and Scott Renfro and his wife Reiko, are the ones who are able to carry on her legacy.

A number of her loved ones, including her sibling Elwin “Sonny” Jones, her sister Gloria Cass, and her brother Ralph “Butch” Jones, as well as her ex-husband Joe Renfro, will be able to move on after she has passed away.Her daughter Stacy Ingalls, as well as her other children Virginia “Ginny” Wornick, Betty Roberts, Dennis Jones, and Bonnie Hesse, all passed away before she did. Her husband also died before she did. In addition to this, her ex-husband Paul Ingalls passed away prior to her own passing.

The Reverend Gerry Piper will preside over the graveside service that will be held on the Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster New Cemetery located in Westminster, Vermont. The date and time for this event have not yet been determined.
