Christopher has passed away just a short while ago. In remembrance of Christopher Boutilier and out of respect for his passing, the flags at the Halton Regional Centre are flying at half-staff as a mark of respect and tribute to his memory. Christopher Boutilier was a prominent member of the community and will be missed. Christopher Boutilier, who was one of the people who lost their lives in a terrible accident that occurred not too long ago, was one of the people who lost their lives. In honor of Christopher Boutilier and in gratitude for the ways in which he contributed to the development of the community, the flags that currently fly at the Halton Regional Centre will continue to do so even after his passing.
