Chase Stanfield Obituary, Death – The Gila County Sheriff’s Department has determined that the two people found dead in a home in Payson were a man named Chase Stanfield, age 38, and his wife named Gail Stanfield, age 50. Following the filing of missing person reports for both members of the Stanfield family, the bodies of both individuals were discovered in the residence in which they had been residing.
