The collision took place in New Haven. It was in the middle of the day when the crash took place. The occurrence took place in New Haven, which is located in Connecticut. On Thursday around 2:00 p.m., a collision occurred on US Route 24 east of Interstate 469. Deputy sheriffs from the Allen County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene of the collision.

According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, there were two vehicles engaged in the collision that occurred earlier. It was stated that a sport utility vehicle (SUV) had begun to slow down as it approached road construction prior to being hit from behind by a tractor-trailer. The bodies of two people who had been inside the SUV were discovered inside the vehicle when it was transported to the spot where the incident had taken place.

Charles Dugan, who was 87 years old, and Sharon Dugan, who was 84 years old, have been identified as the victims of the tragedy. Charles was older than Sharon by three years.
