Brandon Kerr Obituary, Death – On Monday, Brandon Kerr passed away. On March 29, 2000, Brandon was born in Odessa, Ukraine. He was adopted from Ukraine by Tim and Carinda on April 8, 2011. Both were adamant that God was leading them to adopt, and despite Brandon’s untimely passing, they refused to give up the eight months he offered them love and joy. It appeared as though Brandon had a smile on his face from birth. He had no reservations about his affection for his adopted family and was welcomed into the Berean Baptist Church and Academy family right away. He cherished his neighborhood friends, basketball, soccer, and flying.

He also enjoyed riding and the beautiful outdoors. Brandon is most accurately described as “neat and happy.” We shall always remember his smile. We eagerly anticipate the joyful day when we will meet him once more. In addition to his parents, Tim and Carinda Kerr, he is also survived by his three sisters, Katie, Kylie, and Haley Kerr; his grandparents, Dave and Nancy Breen and Andrew and Marilyn Kerr; his dear grandmother Vera and Uncle Toyla of Ukraine; Carinda’s sister, Christy, and her husband, Steve; cousins Jalen and Alexis; Tim’s brother Bill and his wife, Heather, and their four children, Evie, Layla, Simon, and Hugging everyone with enthusiasm and his enormous smile with dimples will be sorely missed.

The family will host visitors on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the start of the funeral at Berean Baptist Church. Pastor Sean Harris will preside over the funeral ceremony at 2 o’clock. The Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery will serve as the site of Brandon’s burial. Donations for the family may be made in place of flowers by contacting Berean Baptist Church or Academy at 868-5156 or online at bbcfnc.org.
